- Something is broken — tell us what you were doing and roughly when.
That is usually enough for us to find it in the logs.
- Billing or refunds — include your account email and the Razorpay

- A security problem — please write before telling anyone else, and we
will work with you on it. Put "Security" in the subject.
- Something you wish it did — genuinely welcome. Most of what Codex AI
can do today started as somebody's complaint.
